L’assemblée ordinaire des propriétaires organisée en 2025 a permis le renouvellement partiel du conseil syndical. Les syndics ont été installés en séance du conseil syndical du 13 mai 2025. Le syndicat est aujourd’hui présidé par M. Michel GRILLI, avec M. Vincent RAMBAUD, Président adjoint.
Les syndics sont élus pour 6 ans et sont renouvelables par moitié tous les 3 ans.
